To start things off,

WHAT IS A SYMPHONY?

A symphony is a long piece of music played by an orchestra, normally consisting of big sections, or movements. Kenya’s Symphony is more than a picture book; it is also a REAL symphony! Kenya’s Symphony began as an award-winning short film, directed by then-student, Carlos Douglas Jr. The film has since traveled across the world to over 100 film festivals, winning over 40 awards and mentions. In 2024, the story returns in an all-new re-imagining of the tale.
